Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
BellyCoco ("we", "us") is operated by Happy Titan Digital Inc. We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you visit bellycoco.com or join our waitlist, and how we use it.
What we collect
Email address. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. We use it to notify you when BellyCoco launches and (occasionally) to share product updates.
Site analytics. We use an analytics provider to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are popular, where people click, where they drop off. This includes pageviews, click events, scroll behavior, device type, and browser information. We do not record what you type into form fields.
Advertising measurement. If we run digital ads, we use a tag manager to load conversion-tracking pixels from Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). When you successfully join the waitlist, your email is hashed before being passed to these systems — the raw email never leaves your browser. This helps us understand which ad campaigns drive signups without exposing your identity to advertisers.
Session replays. A small fraction of sessions may be recorded for product research. All form inputs (including email) are masked in recordings — we cannot see what you type.
How we use your information
- → To send you launch notifications and product updates after you join the waitlist.
- → To improve the website — understand which pages are useful, fix what's confusing.
- → To measure advertising performance, so we can spend our marketing budget on campaigns that actually work.
- → To respond to your questions if you email us.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only as long as it's useful for the purpose we collected it for. In practice:
- → Your waitlist email — until you ask us to delete it, or until we retire the waitlist and no longer need it.
- → Analytics and advertising data — for as long as it's useful for measuring how the site and our campaigns perform, and no longer than our providers' standard retention windows.
- → Session replays — deleted automatically on a short rolling schedule set in our analytics tool. They are not kept indefinitely.
- → Emails you send us — for as long as we need them to handle your question and any follow-up.
You don't have to wait for any of these. Email hello@bellycoco.com and we'll delete your information.
Third parties we work with
We work with a small number of service providers to run the site and the waitlist. We share only what each one needs to do its job:
- → Email delivery — stores your email address and sends our launch notifications.
- → Analytics and session replay — hosts the usage data described above.
- → Advertising platforms — Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) measure ad conversions. Google's privacy policy · Meta's privacy policy.
- → Website hosting and infrastructure — serves the site and keeps it online.
We name the advertising platforms specifically because your opt-out rights below apply to them. For the others we list categories rather than company names, so this policy stays accurate if we change providers — email us at hello@bellycoco.com and we'll tell you exactly who we use.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We only share data with the providers above, strictly to operate the site and the waitlist.
Your rights (CCPA / California residents)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:
- → Know what personal information we collect about you.
- → Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- → Delete personal information we hold about you.
- → Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for advertising purposes.
- → Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@bellycoco.com from the address you signed up with. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. Our use of Google Ads and Meta advertising-conversion measurement may, in some interpretations, qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you'd like to opt out of this, email us at the address above and we will exclude your hashed email from advertising measurement.
Founding member offer
Founding membership is closed. Members who joined while it was open were offered locked launch pricing, early tester access, and first dibs on new flavors in exchange for their email address. Because that was something of value, California law treats it as a financial incentive and asks us to explain it plainly. It is described here because those members still hold it — it is not available to new signups.
- → What you give — your email address, and permission to email you.
- → What you get — launch pricing locked for as long as you stay a customer, early access to test product, and first choice on new flavors.
- → How to join — you can't; founding membership closed in July. Joining the waitlist now puts you in the first batch, which carries no pricing benefit.
- → How to leave — unsubscribe from any email, or email us. You lose the founding-member pricing, but nothing else changes and we won't treat you differently.
We estimate the value of your email address to us at roughly $7–10 USD. That figure is what it currently costs us, on average, to get one person to join the waitlist through paid advertising — so it's a good-faith estimate of what we'd otherwise spend to reach you, not a price we've put on you. It is not based on selling your data, because we don't sell it.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in across pages, remember preferences, and run the analytics and advertising tools listed above. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work, but some features (like remembering you between visits) will not.
Children's privacy
BellyCoco is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please email hello@bellycoco.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent material change. If we make significant changes, we'll notify waitlist subscribers by email.
