Questions worth answering.
The short, honest version. Real answers, no marketing fog.
-
What is BellyCoco?
BellyCoco is a premium milk chocolate bar engineered as a synbiotic ritual: 8–10g of prebiotic fiber and one clinically studied probiotic strain in every bar, with under 5g of sugar. Daily indulgent chocolate that happens to support your gut. Launching 2026.
-
What is synbiotic chocolate?
Synbiotic chocolate combines a prebiotic fiber (food that feeds the good bacteria already in your gut) with a live probiotic (a beneficial microorganism) in a single chocolate format. The two work together — the fiber feeds the probiotic, the probiotic supports your gut — which is why the combination is called synbiotic rather than just probiotic. BellyCoco delivers 8–10g of prebiotic fiber and one clinically studied probiotic strain in every milk chocolate bar.
-
What's actually in it?
A high-quality milk chocolate base, 8–10g of prebiotic fiber per bar (from inulin and/or soluble corn fiber), and one heat-stable probiotic strain dosed to remain viable through manufacturing and shelf life. Total sugar stays under 5g. No protein-bar fillers, no synthetic-sweetener aftertaste.
-
What kind of product is BellyCoco?
BellyCoco is chocolate first — the snap, the melt, the creamy mouthfeel of premium milk chocolate. Not a protein bar, not a supplement, not a meal replacement. The functional ingredients are dosed to do real work without compromising taste. If it doesn't win in a blind taste test against premium milk chocolate, it doesn't ship.
-
How does BellyCoco compare to other functional chocolate brands?
Most functional chocolate today falls into two categories. Protein-bar-style chocolate prioritizes macros over taste — dense, sometimes chalky, often high-sugar to mask other ingredients. Functional dark chocolate at 70%+ cacao plays in the supplement-adjacent lane with adaptogens or mushrooms — bitter to many palates, niche audience. BellyCoco takes a different position: real premium milk chocolate, indulgence-first, with a synbiotic core (8–10g prebiotic fiber + one clinically studied probiotic strain). The chocolate has to win on taste before any functional claim matters.

When is BellyCoco launching?
BellyCoco is launching in 2026. Waitlist members get the first batches and an early window to buy. We'll email you the moment it's ready.
-
Does the probiotic actually survive in chocolate?
Yes. We use one clinically studied, heat-stable and shelf-stable strain specifically chosen because it remains viable through manufacturing and across the bar's shelf life. We don't rely on multi-strain marketing blends — one strain, dosed properly, shipped reliably.
-
Is it vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free?
BellyCoco is a milk chocolate bar, so it contains dairy. It is not vegan or dairy-free in v1. Final allergen and certification details will be confirmed before launch — check back close to launch date for the full label.
-
Can I eat BellyCoco while taking a GLP-1 medication?
BellyCoco is designed to fit alongside typical GLP-1 dietary goals: under 5g of sugar per bar, 8–10g of prebiotic fiber, under 190 calories, and small enough to count as an intentional indulgence rather than a meal. We don't make medical claims — talk to your doctor about your specific protocol. We designed BellyCoco so the chocolate craving doesn't have to compete with the goals.

What does joining the waitlist get me?
Join before September 30 and you're in the first batch: you'll see the bar before anyone else, and get first dibs when it opens. We're making one small run to start, and the next one is months behind it. One launch email — no spam. (Founding membership, which included locked launch pricing, closed in July.)
